Make sure your windshield wipers are fully
functional before you drive! If they
leave streaks , or don’t clear the windshield in one wipe your vision will be
compromised while driving.

Avoid cruise control. It’s a great feature for
dry weather, but in the rain, it increases your chances of losing control of
the car.

Slow down, and leave room between you and the
car in front of you. You need to have time to react. If you follow too closely,
or are driving too fast you increase the risk of an accident.
