My experience was extremely pleasant from beginning to end. I started my research online where I was connected to Mike Marcus who answered all of my questions and was very patient with me the whole time. Many other dealers I contacted would not give me a straight answer and just said "Come in and we can talk." Mike gave me honest pricing and straightforward answers, which is why they earned my business. When I came in, Mike was out so he put me in contact with his colleague Jay Saltz. Jay was extremely helpful and did not try to pressure us at all. We were seriously considering a Hyundai and the Kia but overall the Kia won out because their pricing was fair and we came to a mutual price that I feel very good about. I am very happy with this transaction and look forward to a long relationship with Kia in the years to come.

I had called and talked to Jay Saltz to see if the car I had seen online (2004 Sebring) was still available. He let me know he had the keys in hand, but asked me to hold while he made sure it was in the lot. When he let me know it was there a friend and I drove from Tempe to Peoria to look. I met with Jay, he showed me the car, talked to me about the car, and answered my questions. Jay great with customer service! As I work for a place that prides itself on Customer Service the way he presented the facts about the car, handed me the car fax review, and answered our questions was an example of Great Customer Service. I would totally refer him to any friend or family buying a car. Just like Jay, his manager Scott Potter also demonstrated awesome Customer Service. He took the time to understand my situation, when I was thinking of waiting to talk with my husband. Because of both of these men and their caring about the customer, and true honesty I decided to go ahead and buy the car. I just want to say THANK YOU!!!!!

How to Clean Your Car Headlights


Do your car headlights look foggy? Sure, they didn't always look like that but have got worn out by dirt and grime over time. Follow this simple how to in order to restore your headlights back to their "shiny" status!

Instructions:

1. The first step is to apply some toothpaste on a dry cloth.
2.  Once the toothpaste is on the cloth, begin to rub the headlight cover with it until the grime comes off.
3.  Keep rubbing the toothpaste in circular motions until the grime breaks down all the way. After that proceed to rinse with water and wipe down with a wet cloth.
